ya this did nothing for me. just a bunch of wavy lines and dude talking crap that made me lol.
I shit myself after the noise at the first five seconds.
so after reading comments i was afraid to watch this. these videos usually don’t work but this had a mild effect. my eyes began to stream tears and the vizualization seemed to be the only thing i can see. my breathing was very heavy and i felt very drawn in. a few seconds in i felt really scared for some reason. but it went away after a few more moments.

I’m a born skeptic… but I really did try to get this to work, but stil failed. I mean, I probably blinked at about one hundredth of my normal frequency while staring at the patterns, so I guess I was pretty focused on it, but I certainly didn’t feel like I was in any sort of a trance, despite trying my hardest to “clear my mind”.
