Reasons Why You Should Smile
Reasons Why You Should Smile More And Frown Less
There are numerous reasons why people frown. But, surprisingly not many of them know the reasons why they frown. They just know they frown. Why they do? They do not know. People could frown due to anger, tiredness, depression, frustration and so on. From my investigations through interactions with people shows that many people do not see reasons why they should smile more and frown less. Some of them see smiling as an involuntary act; something they cannot force themselves to do. For those who have this thought, they should understand that a smile could be triggered. Thus, they could involve in something voluntarily that can cause an involuntary smile on their faces. For example, when you are happy, nobody tells you to smile. You just find yourself smiling all the time. The smile is triggered by you being happy. There are numerous disadvantages of frowning, one of them is that it could cause frown lines and wrinkles to develop on your forehead. Some of the reasons why you must smile more and frown less are highlighted below.
When you frown, your face is affected with areas between your brows and the muscles around your eyes being the worst hit.
You look and feel happy when you smile and you look and feel even happier when you smile more. When you are happy, it becomes very easy for you to smile.
Far less muscles are used to smile and more muscles to frown. That is why it is more difficult to frown than to smile.
You look less attractive when you frown. And the more you frown, the more unattractive you become. So, if you must look and feel attractive, you must cultivate the habit of smiling. And when you smile more, the more attractive you become.
You have more chance to make more friends when you smile than when you frown. This is because friends are like magnet to a smiling face. People see you as being friendly and want to come close to you. But, the reverse is the case when you cultivate the habit of frowning.
When you frown too often, you are like building a wall between you and people. To so many people, a frowning face is like a turn off. They rather not come near you unless you are the only one who can solve their problem.
You look older than your age when you have a long time habit of frowning. Yes. When you frown a lot you get old fast. But, on the contrary, when you smile more, you look and feel younger as compared to some one who frowns a lot.
Excessive frowning could invite frown lines and wrinkles on the forehead. One of the ways you can prevent and reduce frown lines and wrinkles is to smile more and frown less.
