Taking from the cyclical changes of seasons + nature, integrating a mind, body & soul approach, and applying skills based on positive psychology, I took part in an inwardly directed process where I discovered within me the capacity to traverse each one of my transitions and look for the hidden gifts.

On my mentoring, I follow a curriculum based on my signature framework for transitions to teach you skills that can be applied from one transition to another; and provide you with the resources to tap into your inner wisdom and tune into your inner power.
